El Gato Negro

  • 2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
  • ½ oz. Cointreau
  • ½ oz. Blackberry Compote
  • (combine blackberries and sugar in a pan boil and stir-strain)
  • 2 Lime wedges
  • Orange sugar for rim (orange zest and sugar combined)
  • 3 Orange wedges
  • Glass-Martini
    Fill the shaker with Leblon Cachaça, Cointreau, lime wedges (squeeze and drop in) and Blackberry Compote with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with the orange sugar. Garnish with 3 orange wedges.
