El Gato Negro
- 2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- ½ oz. Blackberry Compote
- (combine blackberries and sugar in
a pan boil and stir-strain)
- 2 Lime wedges
- Orange sugar for rim
(orange zest and sugar combined)
- 3 Orange wedges
- Glass-Martini
Fill the shaker with Leblon Cachaça, Cointreau,
lime wedges (squeeze and drop in) and
Blackberry Compote with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with
the orange sugar.
Garnish with 3 orange wedges.
