Picante Caipirinha

  • 1 oz. Leblon Cachaça
  • 1 oz. Tequila
  • 5/6 Lime
  • 1/6 Serrano pepper (without the seeds)
  • 3⁄4 oz. Agave nectar
  • 2 Chunks of pineapple
  • Garnish with a sprig of Cilantro
  • Glass-Martini
    Muddle limes, serrano pepper, pineapple and agave nectar in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça and Corazon Tequila. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
