Picante Caipirinha
- 1 oz. Leblon Cachaça
- 1 oz. Tequila
- 5/6 Lime
- 1/6 Serrano pepper (without the seeds)
- 3⁄4 oz. Agave nectar
- 2 Chunks of pineapple
- Garnish with a sprig of Cilantro
- Glass-Martini
Muddle limes, serrano pepper, pineapple and agave
nectar in a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça and
Corazon Tequila. Shake vigorously. Double strain into
a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
