Blackberry Agave Caipirinha

  • 1 1/2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
  • 5 lime wedges
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 3/4 oz. of funkin blackberry puree
  • splash of agave nectar
  • splash of soda
    muddle the lime wedges and sugar in a cocktail shaker. add leblon cachaça, the blackberry puree and the agave nectar. shake vigorously and pour into a heavy based tumbler, add plenty cube ice and splash of soda.garnish with a lime wedge.
