Ginger Peach Caipriniha

- 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
- 1 fresh peach, pealed
- 1 tsp of fresh ginger
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- 1 spring of fresh sage
place peach and ginger in a food processor and blend to a puree. In a rocks glass add Leblon
Cachaça, lime, simple syrup, sage, ice & shake!
Monterey, CA attracted over 150,000 spectators to the 2007 Motogp World Championship Race at
Laguna Seca. The biggest attraction other than fast bikes and incredible drivers from around the
globe was the Leblon Caipirinha tent! Chef Dory’s innovative use of fresh fruit purees along with
a pit crew bigger than Australian winner Casey Stoner’s, made this tent the hot spot of the race!
Our personal favorite was the Ginger Peach Caipirinha, saude!
