Le Rouge Favela

Leblon Cachaça
  • 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
  • 1 oz. raspberry crème (crème de framboise)
  • 1/2 oz. crème de cassis
  • 1/2 lime, sliced
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp super fine sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 mint leaf
  • crushed ice
    Place lime, raspberries, and sugar in a glass and muddle well. pour in Leblon Cachaça, crème de cassis and raspberry crème. fill with ice, add the vanilla bean and stir well. garnish with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
    Summer has arrived in the northern hemisphere, so why not mix things up with the seasonal flavors from the north and the spirit from the south?

    Greg Erchoff, our cocktail master on the Leblon team in Paris, came up with this refreshing idea for a new caipirinha - mix limes with fresh raspberries, a hint of vanilla, outstanding crèmes from Merlet Distilleries, and of course the super premium Leblon Cachaça. Le Rouge Favela made its debut at the Bar Sens in Paris, two steps from the Champs-elysees.
