  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz of tamarind concentrate
  • (caribik sun)
  • 10-15 rosemary leaves
  • 2 oz of leblon
    Place the above ingredients into a Shaker glass and shake vigorously.

    Serve it in a rocks glass and top off with 1 1/2 oz of ginger beer (alternatively, you can use ginger ale, but not optimal).

    Garnish a rosemary sprig. 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    Junior created this recipe at the Modern, the amazing establishment at the Modern Museum of Art (MOMA) in New York City. And the drink is truly a piece of art, visually and in taste. The rosemary brings an amazing aroma, combined with a tang from the Tamarind. The ginger beer adds another layer that makes this more than just a drink.
