Spiced Pear Caipirinha


  • 2 oz. Leblon Cachaca
  • 2 oz. pear nectar
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
    Muddle the ginger and spices in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of fresh pear.
