Spiced Pear Caipirinha
- 2 oz. Leblon Cachaca
- 2 oz. pear nectar
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- Small piece of ginger
- Pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
Muddle the ginger and spices in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of fresh pear.
