Hot Brazilian Caipirinha

Leblon Cachaça
  • 2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
  • ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz. Ginger/Pepper Corn Syrup
  • 3 Pieces of cucumber
  • 3 Thin slices of jalapeno
  • Glass-Rocks
    Muddle the jalapenos, cucumbers, and ginger/ pepper corn syrup in the shaker. Pour Leblon Cachaça, fresh lime juice, and a splash of club soda with ice in the shaker. Shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass garnished with a cucumber.
