The Celebration
Leblon Cachaça
- 2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Sparkling Wine
- ¼ oz. Chambord
- 3 Strawberries cut in fourths
- 2 Lemon wedges
- Glass-Flute
Muddle the fruit with the simple syrup in a
shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and pour Leblon Cachaça.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a flute, top with the Sparkling wine
and finish with Chambord.
