Apple Pie Infusion Caipirinha
Leblon Cachaça
- 1 750ml Bottle of Leblon Cachaça
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 4 Large apples - chopped - red and green apples
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- Glass-Infusion Jar
Chop the apples in halves and quarters.
Place all the fruit and spices in the infusion jar.
Pour Leblon Cachaça into the jar and stir well.
Cover and seal for 3-5 days.
The liquid should turn a dark amber color.
Strain and discard fruit.
